How NoSlip handles trust
Privacy
NoSlip accounts are tied to your email address. We collect only what's needed to run it — your account identifier, subscription status, and whatever you voluntarily add, like recovery goals or triggers. None of it is sold. Full detail lives in our Privacy Policy.
Security
Authentication and data storage run on Supabase infrastructure with reasonable technical and organizational safeguards in place. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, and we won't pretend otherwise — but protecting this specific category of personal data is treated as a first-order responsibility, not an afterthought.
AI transparency
Certain features use AI to generate personalized responses and insights, processed through Groq (running the open-weight gpt-oss-120b model) with limited contextual data (recent events, streak information). These responses are generated automatically, can be wrong, and are never a substitute for professional medical or psychological advice.
Account deletion
You can request full account deletion at any time, using only the email associated with your account — no support ticket or phone call required. Start the process on the delete account page.
Subscription transparency
Paid features are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play. We never see or store your payment details, and cancellation is handled the same way as any other subscription on your device — through your device's own settings, not a retention flow inside the app.
Data usage
Usage data (app interactions, check-ins, urge events) is used to run and improve the Service and to power the personalization features described above. It is not used for advertising, and it is not shared with data brokers.
